Dear Parents/Guardians,

We want to inform you of an important update to the sign-in process at the Teen Center. We will now be using a QR code system for all student check-ins. This new system is faster, more efficient, and helps us better track attendance.

In order for your child to visit and participate at the Teen Center, they must be registered in the new system. Please complete the registration form for your child, using the QR code at the bottom of this letter.  The process only takes a few minutes and will ensure your child can be properly checked in moving forward.  

All information obtained from the online form will only be used for the use at the Sandpoint Teen Center and grant funding purposes. Accurate attendance records are also essential for our grant funding, so completing this process directly supports the programs and services we provide for our teens.

Once your teen is registered, they will be assigned a QR code. Depending on the contact information provided during registration, the QR code will either:

• Be sent to the teen’s phone via text message, or

• Be provided on a keychain available for pickup at the Teen Center within one week of registration.
